Here is my 6-week Private Online Coaching program.
It works like this:
You will first be sent a questionnaire from me. I want to know exactly where you are right now, what your habits are like and where exactly you’re trying to go. The more you tell me about you, the more I can help you as your coach.
From there, I will start creating a personalized 6-week training program that will work for you, your lifestyle, and your goals.
These clients get my phone number, so you will have access to 24/7 communication with me there. I expect us to be in constant communication on how your daily training and nutrition is going to make sure we are on the right track.

What You Get
A 6-week personalized training program- I expect you to send me videos of you performing exercises so I can provide form feedback
Communication via text of current nutrition habits- I expect you to send me your current meal plan (daily pictures are best) so I can provide feedback to help you reach your goals
24/7 access to me via phone so we can review and make adjustments accordingly and make sure we are on the right track
